Security Management

BaseEAM provides a powerful and flexible security mechanism, including:

• Data Security: control what data the user can access to.
• Application Security: control what actions the user can execute such as: Create, Read, Update, Delete, etc.

Setup Data Security

Data Security is associated with Multi-Site feature of BaseEAM.  

A User belongs to some Security Groups that have access to some Sites can only see the data from these Sites such as: Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Service Requests, etc.

Steps:

1. Add/Edit a Security Group
   
   
   
   
2. On tab Sites
   Click Select Sites
   
   
   
   Select and click Save
