There are many processes involved with asset management in a organization such as: work order processes, inventory processes, approval processes, etc. And it's different from organization to organization. So BaseEAM will provide the capability to design/customize workflows that suite organization's needs.

In general, a workflow is a flowchart that route a document to people in an organization to execute some actions on that document.
