Items represent for items in your inventory's stores.
It includes parts, tools, assets or other thing that you have in your inventory.
 
Adding Items
To add a new Item, follow these steps:
  1. Click Add New



  2. Complete the applicable data fields. * denote for required fields. Then click Save.



    *Item Group: the group that this item belongs to.
    *Item Category: can be a Part, Tool, Asset, Other. If an Item is also an Asset, this means we want to track both maintenance histories and quantity on hand for this item.
    Manufacturer: the manufacturer of this item.
    *Unit Of Measure: the unit that we count this item.
    Unit Price: the default unit price of this item.
    *Status: the status of an item can be Active or Obsolete.

  3. You can upload the picture of this item.

  4. You can enter and view the barcode of this item.



  5. You can add custom attributes to this item.





  6. You can add attachmens to this item.
