Asset

Asset is any piece of equipment that need to be maintanced. BaseEAM will be used to track maintenance history of assets.

Adding Assets

  To add a new Asset, follow these steps

1. Click Add New
   
   
   
   
2. Fill out applicable data fields. Then click Save
   
   
   
   
3. On tab Meters, enter meters for this Location.
   
   
4. You can add Spare Parts and required quantity for this Asset
   
   
   
   
5. You can view Status History of this Asset.
   
   
   
   
6. You can view Location History of this Asset
   
   .
   
   
7. You can view Work Order History of this Asset
   
   
   
   
8. You can add custom Attributes and Comments.

Asset Downtime and KPIs

     1. On tab Asset Downtime, click Add New to record downtime, then click Save.
