Brief Description

Using BaseEAM to manage assets from purchase to salvage —from the beginning to the end of an asset’s life cycle.

Tracking assets at a temporary location, or even in transit between locations.

The Asset module contains applications designed to manage the assets and locations owned or leased by your company.

    2.  Application list
        The Asset Module consists of the following applications:

ApplicationFunction
AssetUsed to create and store asset numbers and corresponding information, such as parent, location, vendor, up/down status, and maintenance costs for each asset.
LocationsUsed to create location records and track assets that exist at the location. Also used to build hierarchical or networked systems.
Meter & Meter Groups

Meters are identifiers used to record measurements.

You associate meters with assets and locations to record measurements, such as temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, that are used to track asset and location performance.

Click Save


On tab Meters
enter meters for this Location


You can add Spare Parts and required quantity for this AssetClick add Parts, add new record


You can view Status History of this AssetClick on StatusHistories


You can view Work Order History of this AssetClick on LocationHistories


You can add custom Attributes and Comments.


Asset Downtime and KPIsOn tab Asset Downtimeclick Add New to record downtime, then click Save.




If you have permission, you can view Asset KPIs report.Tap on Asset KPIs

You can view the location hierarchy


On tab Meters,Enter meters for this Location.


You can view all Assets in this Location.


You can view Work Order histories at this Location.


You can add custom Attributes and Comments.
