Location

A Location is defined as a place where assets are stored, operated. You can define a Location as any facility that you want to keep track maintenance work on it.

Locations can be organized into logical hierarchical, so you can quickly identify the assets at a specific location.

Using Locations can help you track valuable information about asset performance at specific locations, or track the location histories of an asset when it's moved from one location to another.

Adding Locations

To add a new Location, follow these steps

1. Click Add New
   
   
   
   
2. Fill out applicable data fields. Then click Save
   
   
   
   You can view the location hierarchy
   
   
   
   
3. On tab Meters, enter meters for this Location.
   
   
   
   
4. You can view all Assets in this Location.
   
   
   
   
5. You can view Work Order histories at this Location.
   
   
   
   
6. You can add custom Attributes and Comments.
