Message Template

BaseEAM often send messages to user to notify some actions or results happend. For example, after import completed BaseEAM will send email, SMS or push mobile notification to the user to notiy the results. And you can customize the content of the message by defining a message template.

Adding a new Message Template

  1. Click Admistration → Message Template. Then click Add New.





  2. Fill out the applicable data fields the click Save.
