Service Request

  • Service Request can be used by requestors to report any problems associated with an asset/location. And then Work Order will be created to resolve it.
  • Service Request can be created by an Operation Staff by taking information from phone call, email, etc...
Adding Service Requests
To add a new Service Request, follow these steps:
  1. Click Add New



  2. Complete the applicable data fields. denote for required fields. Then click Save or Submit to route this Service Request to workflow



  3. After save, you can add Comments and Attachments.





  4. You can view Assignment Histories



  5. When Service Request's status is Execution, you can create Work Order to resolve it.
