Service Request
- Service Request can be used by requestors to report any problems associated with an asset/location. And then Work Order will be created to resolve it.
- Service Request can be created by an Operation Staff by taking information from phone call, email, etc...
Adding Service Requests
To add a new Service Request, follow these steps:
- Click Add New
- Complete the applicable data fields. * denote for required fields. Then click Save or Submit to route this Service Request to workflow
- After save, you can add Comments and Attachments.
- You can view Assignment Histories
- When Service Request's status is Execution, you can create Work Order to resolve it.
